Matt Davis

Matt Davis is the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer for Frontdoor, Inc. Matt joined the company in August of 2018. Most of Matts’ career was spent at Peabody Energy, a coal company based in St. Louis. There he served as Vice President of Investor Relations, Treasurer of the Australian operation, and Director of Credit. Prior to that, Matt worked for Ameren Energy, the largest electric power provider in Missouri. Matt started his career in commercial lending at Bank of America. Matt received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Bill Cobb

Bill Cobb is an accomplished leader with expertise in consumer-focused, technology and online-focused businesses. He became chief executive officer of Frontdoor in June 2022 in addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is passionate about accelerating the company’s digital transformation, advancing the customer experience, and strengthening core business processes.

He was initially appointed to the Frontdoor board of directors in October 2018. Cobb served on the board of directors of Frontdoor’s former parent company, ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., from April 2018 until Frontdoor separated from ServiceMaster in October 2018.

Previously Cobb served as president and chief executive officer of H&R Block, Inc., a provider of income tax return preparation and related services and products from May 2011 through July 2017. From November 2000 to March 2008, he served in various leadership roles at eBay, Inc., a global commerce and payments provider, including four years as president of eBay Marketplaces North America and other senior management positions, including senior vice president and general manager of eBay International and senior vice president of global marketing. Prior to joining eBay, Inc., Cobb held marketing and executive positions at PepsiCo (and Tricon Global Restaurants when it was spun off in 1997) from 1987 to 2000. These positions included senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Tricon International, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Pizza Hut, and vice president, colas at Pepsi Cola.

Cobb also currently serves on the board of directors and is chair of the finance committee of Deluxe Corporation, a technology-enabled solution company supporting financial institutions and small businesses.

He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ray Tong

Ray is the Vice President of Pricing & Analytics and joined Frontdoor in 2021. His team continually develops and optimizes dynamic pricing and strives to make the company smarter, together. His prior home warranty experience includes serving as Portfolio Director for Home Warranty of America, responsible for profit & loss, pricing, product coverage, retention, competitive intelligence, and strategy & insights. Outside of home warranty, Ray's experience includes owning and operating a home services franchise location. He received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and MBA from Harvard Business School.

George Guastello

George Guastello is a highly experienced strategic leader with diverse functional experience. His experience spans corporate strategy and M&A, finance and financial operations, product management, consumer experience, and marketing. He assumed the role of Vice President of Strategy and Integration in June 2024 after first joining Frontdoor, Inc. in 2023 as a senior business consultant.

As VP, Strategy and Integration, Guastello plays a critical role in Frontdoor, Inc.'s strategic planning implementation. He is responsible for ensuring the company's strategic initiatives and goals are effectively executed, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive results.

Prior to joining Frontdoor, Inc., Guastello served at tax preparation leader H&R Block for 15 years in a variety of senior roles.

From 2018-2020, Guastello served as Block's VP Marketing Strategy with responsibility for the annual brand strategy and go-to-market plan. Among his notable achievements is this role, he developed an innovative COVID-19 digital marketing strategy to address consumer safety/access concerns that exceeded projections by 400K+ clients and $100M in revenue.

Other key roles included VP of Product Management and Client Experience where he was responsible for designing and launching next generation in-office and virtual assisted tax preparation experiences, and held full P&L responsibility for $450M financial services operating division; and VP of Strategy and Corporate Development where he was responsible for development and execution Block's long-term strategic plans and initiatives and identifying evaluating M&A. partnerships, new business ventures and strategic investment opportunities.

Guastello holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Kansas, and an MBA from Rockhurst University.

Kathy Collins

Kathy Collins joined Frontdoor in June 2022 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Since then, she has been promoted twice. First to Chief Brand officer in June 2023, and most recently in January 2024 to Chief Revenue Officer.

As Chief Revenue Officer, she is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities for Frontdoor, Inc.’s two brands, American Home Shield, the largest home warranty in the nation, and Frontdoor, an innovative app for all things home repair and maintenance that was launched in April 2023. Her responsibilities include ideation, testing and development of all products and services, as well as execution through direct-to-consumer sales, sales to new homebuyers via the real estate channel, marketing, and corporate partnerships – all with the goal of driving revenue and customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention.

Collins is an accomplished leader with a proven track record for driving growth, innovation and operational excellence. She has broad experience across all facets of strategy and marketing. Collins has driven strategic marketing and branding initiatives for national brands across multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, retail, and consumer goods, memberships and services.

She is passionate about developing brand positioning that is grounded in research and speaks to the heart of what consumers value most, implementing bold and innovative strategies to drive growth, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Prior to joining Frontdoor, Collins most recently served as chief marketing officer for G.E.H.A., Inc., where she led marketing, new client acquisition, member loyalty, sales and communication for the $5B medical benefits provider. In addition to holding executive officer roles with Massage Envy, where she was responsible for brand, innovation and marketing, Collins’ career also includes 12 years with H&R Block, where she served as chief marketing and strategy officer, leading corporate strategy, product development and retail client experience.

She is a member of the board of directors for American Enterprise, Inc., a mutual insurance holding company.

Collins holds an undergraduate degree in business and marketing from Kansas State University and is a graduate of Arizona State University where she earned her MBA.

Evan Iverson

Evan Iverson was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2024. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operational functions for the American Home Shield and Frontdoor brands with a focus on enhancing the contractor and member experiences. Additionally, he is responsible for managing relationships with the approximately 16,000 independent contractors who service American home Shield and Frontdoor customers, as well as providing oversight of the company's technology strategy and architecture, and integration and delivery of technology into the company's service offerings.

Evan joined Frontdoor in January 2019 as Vice President, Operations where he launched the Contractor side of Frontdoor’s On Demand business and soon led the Contractor facing technology teams, as well.

In February 2022 Evan took on the responsibility of managing the brand’s relationship with thousands of contractors across the country and all Frontdoor businesses, including developing the supply and contractor models for Frontdoor’s on-demand service. Among his achievements, he was instrumental in launching industry leading metrics that measure the impact of operations experience on customer retention. For his outstanding leadership and demonstrated record of success, Evan was promoted to Senior Vice President of Contractor Engagement in August 2023.

Prior to joining Frontdoor, Evan worked at Amazon for over three years where he led multiple product and business teams in solving operations problems with technology and was responsible for $3.5B of revenue for FBA – Fulfillment By Amazon. Evan began his career as a salesperson at Trane for six years beginning his experience with the skilled trades, followed by graduate school. He then served for six years at McKinsey leading operations transformations.

Evan graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He also possesses a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.

Jessica Ross

Jessica Ross joined Frontdoor in December 2022 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ross is an accomplished finance and business executive with over 20 years of cross-industry finance and digital transformation experience scaling companies across multiple stages of growth.

She joined Frontdoor from Salesforce.com where she served as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and Operational Excellence, and prior to that as Executive Vice President, Finance Chief Transformation Officer. During her tenure, she played a central role in modernizing and scaling the global Finance organization to support and enable more than $30B in annual revenues, and in developing and delivering on Salesforce’s plan for long-term efficient growth at scale.

Prior to Salesforce, Ross served at Stitch Fix, an online personal clothing and styling service, as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, where she played a critical role in their 2017 IPO and in their post-IPO transition as a public company.

Her professional experience also includes 12 years of public accounting experience at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and executive finance leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente and The Gymboree Corporation.

Ross currently serves as Finance and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of All Raise, a non-profit focused on increasing access, equity and inclusion for women and under-represented voices across the tech ecosystem.

She holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley’s Walter A. Haas School of Business.
