Rekor invites you to join our Annual Shareholder Meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. This year’s meeting will be held in-person and virtually.

The Annual Shareholder Meeting is a special occasion for information exchange and discussions between our shareholders and Rekor’s Board of Directors and CEO, to learn more about Rekor and ask your questions.

You are also welcome to join us at our inaugural Investor Day commencing at 1:30pm the same day. Our executive management team will provide a business strategy update following the Waycare Technologies Ltd. acquisition, and will showcase our latest product innovations. 10:00am – Live webcast will begin for virtual attendees
10:00am to 10:30am – Welcome, brief company update and shareholder proxy vote
11:00am – Conclusion
