Sean Carliss is the Customer Success Director here at Issuer Direct / ACCESSWIRE. Sean has been with Issuer Direct almost 4 years but has been in the press release industry for about a decade. He has worked for two other major wire services over the years leading to his extensive knowledge on the subject before joining Issuer direct in 2018. Sean started as a business development manager and later transitioned to account management, leading up to being Customer Success Director. Sean is married and has two young children; he spends most of his free time with them.

Mark Esposito
Customer Success Manager
Mark Esposito was born and raised in Raleigh NC and he has been with Issuer direct almost 5 years! Mark works with various types of clients from the private sector and also supports many publicly traded companies.
Mark’s clients are located on almost every continent and, he enjoys assisting all size companies grow their brand awareness and teach best PR practices. Before Issuer Direct, Mark worked selling AFLAC insurance for 5 years. When he’s not navigating time zones and helping clients, Mark loves being active with his wife and son and he is a big movie lover.
Fun Fact: Mark went to NC State, but is a big Carolina fan! (Gasp) Mark also loves to play Golf (even though It is very hard).

Thomas Reino
Customer Success Manager
Thomas Reino is a Member of the Customer Success Management team here at Issuer Direct and Accesswire and has been a member since October of 2019. Tom specializes in news Distribution, and best practices within the AW System. Before this Tom worked at Business Wire for close to 5 years managing news distribution for large, medium, and small, public and private companies, and agencies in the Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware Markets. Tom Lives in Philadelphia, currently as one of a handful of remote teammates!
Fun Fact: Tom is Known as “Glass” by the sales team, not just for his smooth and calm demeanor, but mainly for his comical un-coordination that has led to as many broken bones as years he’s worked with the team.

Karen Reynolds
Director of Agency Relations
Karen joined ISDR in October 2019 as Director of Agency Relations. In her role, she focuses on agencies and firms with multiple clients to help them achieve their goals and streamline their user experience.
A career highlight was serving on the Board of Directors of PR Club of Boston and she is a very proud Past-President.A native New Englander, she works from her home office just outside of Boston but she loves visiting ISDR HQ in Raleigh, NC, particularly in the winter.
Fun Fact: Karen has many hobbies and interests- from her beloved Boston Celtics to supporting sports equality via Baseball for All. But her favorite hobby is baking and she’s an active volunteer for Cakes4Kids – baking custom birthday cakes for underserved kids across Massachusetts.

Daniel Shinaman
Customer Success Manager
Daniel has been with Issuer Direct for 2 years. He first started as a Sales Development Representative with the company but have now transitioned into a Client Success Manager where he supports clients based in Canada. His favorite part of being a CSM is solving issues that make his clients’ lives easier.

Nicholas Yetman
Customer Success Manager
Nick works with public and private companies primarily in the southern third of the US. He enjoys the ability to help his clients achieve what they are looking to accomplish, especially if it is something that we are pushing to the finish line at the last minute. Nick is a passionate Carolina Tarheels fan and proud alumnus. Nick also enjoys cheering on all Boston area sports teams.
